Michael Merrion practices in the areas of federal and state taxation and business planning, formation, purchases and sales of businesses. Michael Merrion serves as corporate counsel for a number of businesses and has practiced in the area of tax as both a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) and as a tax attorney for over 30 years. He holds a Masters of Tax Law degree as well as accounting and business degrees. He is also the author of several books on tax law and teaches tax law classes and seminars to other accountants and lawyers throughout the country.
